Avram & Associates was incorporated in January, 1989.

John Avram has been involved in the Kitchen and Bath industry in Southern California since 1964 and founded Avram & Associates in 1989. John is a nationally recognized and highly regarded member of the kitchen and bath industry, a (CKD) Certified Kitchen Designer with 40 years of experience in the kitchen and bath industry. John has received many national Kitchen & Bath industry awards including top sales recognition from various cabinet manufacturers including St. Charles, Millbrook and Wood Mode Cabinets. In addition, John is also a Consultant and Training coordinator for 20-20 Technologies Software.

WAREHOUSE AND DELIVERY DIVISION

Since 1989 Avram & Associates has been the leading Warehouse and Delivery facility of Kitchen and Bath cabinetry in Southern California. The Warehouse and Delivery division is responsible for receiving kitchen and bath cabinetry from various national and international manufacturers, unloading freight containers and storing cabinets for future delivery. Cabinet delivery dates are determined by customers and home delivery is made by one of six 26' delivery trucks. Avram & Associates works with more than 50 major manufacturers worldwide; some of the major customers include Wood-Mode, MasterBrand, Kitchen Craft, Omega, Medallion, and Homecrest.

Recently warehouse and distribution operations have expanded beyond cabinetry to include of all types of products and materials. The fully staffed warehouse facility features a multi-shift operation, a computerized inventory control system and 24-hour security.

Trucking operations include LTL and Truckload service, with pickup and delivery to various points throughout the United States.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE DIVISION

Avram & Associates conducts 20-20 training sessions for the design software at a classroom facility in the Fullerton office. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced sessions are available and the training is conducted by John Avram, CKD.
